我競聘的崗位是英語教師崗位，競聘這一崗位的理由如下：
一、思想政治方面
本人熱愛祖國、熱愛人民、擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，忠誠黨的教育事業(yè)。
二、職業(yè)道德方面
嚴(yán)格履行中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，為人師表，嚴(yán)格遵守崗位制度，嚴(yán)格恪守人民教師的職業(yè)道德，積極參加公益事業(yè)。我有一顆熱愛教育的心，我明白教師的苦與累，平凡與無私。雖然沒有鮮花陪伴，沒有掌聲共鳴，沒有豐厚的收入，沒有豪華的享受，有的只是生活的忙碌，有的只是肩頭沉甸甸的責(zé)任，但我無悔于自己的選擇。我會用自己的汗水、智慧、和一顆跳動的火熱的心，去面對我的學(xué)生。

1、勝任英語教學(xué)工作，無論在統(tǒng)考中還是在學(xué)校組織的各項考試中我所任教班級的英語成績都能名列前茅；先后兩次參加了安陽市組織的英語公開課比賽，并且都取得了好成績，受到同行們的好評。所以我有較強的工作能力，能夠始終保持作為教師的言行和風(fēng)度，塌實教學(xué)，關(guān)愛學(xué)生，完全具備了對課堂的教學(xué)組織能力，對教材整體駕馭能力和對學(xué)生掌握知識程度的判斷分析能力。
2、勝任班主任工作，本人一直以來就擔(dān)任班主任工作，從末間斷，在班級管理方面取得了一定的成績，多次被評為優(yōu)秀班主任，我所擔(dān)任的班級也被評為了文明班集體。
3、勝任年級學(xué)科組長工作，能夠協(xié)調(diào)好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師之間、老師和老師之間、老師和學(xué)生之間、老師和家長之間的關(guān)系，做到團結(jié)協(xié)作，搞好本年級的學(xué)科教學(xué)工作。

如果我能夠競聘上這個崗位，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自已的教學(xué)工作，提高自已的教學(xué)水平。
a、更加科學(xué)規(guī)范地做好日常教學(xué)工作，認(rèn)真落實教學(xué)常規(guī)工作，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。做一個學(xué)習(xí)型的教師。在工作中不斷完善自我，充實自我；拓寬自己的知識面，早日使自己的教學(xué)再上一個新的臺階。
b、順應(yīng)教學(xué)改革方向，積極參加教學(xué)改革，做教育教學(xué)的有心人。以人為本，因材施教，根據(jù)不同學(xué)生的不同特點，采取不同的教學(xué)方法；關(guān)注全體，關(guān)注差異，教他們學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)會做人。根據(jù)英語學(xué)科的特點，我打算開展“任務(wù)型教學(xué)”實驗活動，把學(xué)習(xí)者個人的生活經(jīng)歷作為課堂學(xué)習(xí)的主要資源，力圖將課堂內(nèi)的語言學(xué)習(xí)與課堂外的語言活動結(jié)合起來。
每上一節(jié)課，我會突出“八個抓八個不”：
一、抓聽講集中，不能過于松散無束；
二、抓討論合作的效果，不能流于教學(xué)形式；
三、抓發(fā)言與質(zhì)量，不能讓課堂死氣沉沉；
四、抓作業(yè)書寫規(guī)范與作業(yè)按時完成，不能輕易放縱學(xué)生；
五、抓自學(xué)指導(dǎo)與訓(xùn)練，不能讓學(xué)生連讀書都不會；
六、抓教學(xué)難點與重點，不能使教學(xué)走過程；
七、抓有意注意和無意注意，不能過張或過馳；
八、抓暫差生輔導(dǎo)與補差，結(jié)合學(xué)生自身實際情況做到因材施教，不能讓他們失去學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
c、結(jié)合英語學(xué)科特點和學(xué)生實際情況，配合學(xué)校的校本教研，設(shè)計并開展豐富多采的英語實踐活動，進一步拓展學(xué)生的視野，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生各方面能力。
d、加強個人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進一步樹立自已強烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，加強自已的工作能力和工作藝術(shù)，顧全大局，維護學(xué)校良好形象，努力調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭在教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)實力，在工作中保持動力，在學(xué)生和老師的交往中凝聚合力。

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. (examples).but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.

首先我要感謝今天讓我能夠站在這里參加此次活動的所有的人，包括我自己。我今天演講的題目是《感恩的心》。
有人說，忘記感恩是人的天性。當(dāng)我們偶然來到這個世界上，什么都還沒來得及做的時候，我們就已經(jīng)開始享受前人帶給我們物質(zhì)和精神上的一切成果了。這就提醒著我們每一個人，要懷有一顆感恩的心。
懷有一顆感恩的心，才更懂得尊重。尊重生命、尊重勞動、尊重創(chuàng)造。懷著感恩的心，一代偉人小平爺爺在古稀之年說：“我是中國人民的兒子，我深深的愛著我的祖國和人民！”懷著感恩的心，詩人艾青在他的詩中寫到：“為什么我的眼中飽含淚水，因為我對這片土地愛得深沉。”聽說過一個人向樹道歉的故事嗎？聽說過所有正在行駛的汽車為狗讓路的故事嗎？這些真實的故事，感動于人對生命的關(guān)愛，感動于人對生命的尊重。當(dāng)我們每天享受著清潔的環(huán)境時，我們要感謝那些保潔工作者；當(dāng)我們遷入新居時，我們要感謝那些建筑工人；當(dāng)我們出行，要感謝司機……懂得感謝，就會以平等的眼光看待每一個生命，重新看待我們身邊的每個人，尊重每一份平凡普通的勞動，也更加尊重自己。
懷有一顆感恩的心，才更能體會到自己的職責(zé)。在現(xiàn)代社會每個人都有自己的職責(zé)、自己的價值。當(dāng)__感動中國十大人物之一的徐本禹走上銀幕時，人性的善良再一次被點燃，這個原本該走入研究生院的大學(xué)生，卻義無返顧的從繁華的城市走進了大山。這一平凡的壯舉刺痛了每一個人的眼睛，也點燃了每一個人內(nèi)心未燃的火種。而讓他做出這一抉擇的理由很簡單：懷著一顆感恩的心。徐本禹用他感恩的心，為大山里的孩子鋪就了一條愛的道路，點燃了貧窮和希望，完成了他的職責(zé)，實現(xiàn)了他的人生價值。
懷有一顆感恩的心，不是簡單的忍耐與承受，更不是阿q，而是以一種寬宏的心態(tài)積極勇敢的面對人生。我相信，最溫暖的日子來自寒冷，我更相信，最溫暖其實是對寒冷的一種諒解，一種感恩中的感動。一個人要學(xué)會感恩，對生命懷有一顆感恩的心，心才能真正快樂。一個人沒有了感恩，心就全部都是空的?！把蛴泄蛉橹鳌?，“鴉有反哺之恩”，“贈人玫瑰，手有余香”，“執(zhí)子之手，與子偕老，”這些都因懷有一顆感恩的心，才芬芳馥郁，香澤萬里。
所以我要感謝你，我生命中往來的路人，讓我懂得淡來淡去才不牽累于心靈，感謝有你，來來去去，我都會珍惜；感謝你，我生命中所有的師長，讓我懂得知識的寶貴，感謝有你，歲歲年年，我都會銘記；感謝你，我生命中至親至密的朋友，快樂有你分享，悲傷有你傾聽，感謝有你，忙忙碌碌，我都不會忘記；感謝你，我至真至愛的親人，在歲月途中，靜靜的看護著我，擋風(fēng)遮雨，讓我在被愛的幸福中也學(xué)會了如何去愛他人，感謝有你，日日夜夜，我都留在心里。
